We have been building exhibition stands throughout the world for over 25 years. In that time we have built over 6,000 exhibition stands. Anything that our team of 8 full time exhibition stand builders do not know about the exhibition industry really is not worth knowing.

Building exhibition stands can be a daunting experience. Every venue has its quirks and restrictions. Building an exhibition stand is not just about assembling the stand itself. Risk Assessments and Method Statements have to be filled in to the letter and submitted to the event organiser weeks in advance of the show, along with stand design, electrical plans and furniture orders. You are given a parking space 200 yards from the exhibition hall and have to wheel your stand through aisles full of other peoples stands, wait 45 minutes for lift access and then find that you cannot start building until the carpet is laid…which “should be ‘bout 3 hours guvner!” Quite often, by the time the exhibition doors open and the visitors arrive, you are already on your last legs and are sick of the sight of your stand.

We will take the Exhibitors guide off you, fill in all the relevant forms for the organiser, collect your literature, giveaways and demonstration products from your office on our way to the show. We will arrange your flooring, electrics, furniture, floral and hostesses. We will build your stand, hang your graphics, stock up your literature racking, plug in your lights and take away all of the empty boxes. We will meet you on the stand to make sure that you are completely happy with everything and leave you to get on with running your exhibition. Likewise, at the end of the show, pack up all your leads, grab your coat and let us get on with dismantling your stand, we will return your unused literature to your office the next day.
