New delegate rate offered by Royal Horticultural Halls

The Royal Horticultural Halls and Conference Centre is offering consumers a limited meetings package, meaning firms may be able to set up
exhibition stands and run corporate events in a more cost-effective manner.
Meetings and events for between 12 and 900 delegates will be charged £39 plus VAT for the facility''s conference centre, which has a wide array of different rooms to suit different requirements.
The Lindley or Lawrence Halls, meanwhile, are priced from £59 plus VAT per head.
Other venues run by the halls'' include the Glasshouse at RHS Wisley in Surrey.
Included in the cost are three tea and coffee breaks, a lunch selection and equipment such as a PA system.
Organisations that have taken advantage of the halls'' offer include EDF, the Promotional Marketing
Exhibition and the Co-operative.
The rate is valid until September 30th and is subject to criteria, such as minimum numbers, for each different venue.
