Pharmaceutical Packaging & Labelling Innovations due to get underway

Exhibition stands dedicated to the world of pharmaceutical product labelling and packaging are due to go on show at the Copthorne Tara Hotel in London in the next few days.
The Pharmaceutical Packaging & Labelling Innovations event will give delegates the opportunity to learn about a range of issues that impact the sector.
Among them are the European Commission proposed restrictions on repackaging and their potential implications for parallel traders, enhancing patient usability through the use of innovating packaging and the results of the Bridge Pharma traceability pilot.
Keynote speakers confirmed for the event include Imran Khan, regulatory affairs executive at Pfizer, Janice Haigh, director of European price & trade with Astellas and Max Vetter from the ICC Counterfeiting Intelligence Bureau.
Firms that have previously attended the event include AstraZeneca, Sandoz, Novartis, Allergan and Wyeth, the latter of which recently opened a lab in Scotland.
The Copthorne Tara Hotel is located in Kensington.
