Exhibition stands have been set up, presentations have been prepared and delegates are arriving at the 17th Asia-Pacific Incentives and Meetings Expo (AIME) 2009.
More than 850 exhibitors from some 50 countries are taking part in the event at AsiaWorld-Expo, which comprises ten column-free halls, along with the purpose-built AsiaWorld-Arena.
"This sophisticated design is further complemented by a strategic location at Hong Kong International Airport, which has consistently been voted the Worlds Best Airport by Skytrax," the organisers state.
Asia-World Expo has hosted a wide range of international tradeshows, including Asian Aerospace International Expo and Congress 2007 and ITU Telecom World 2006 - Hong Kong''s biggest-ever
exhibition and forum.
Earlier this month, it was announced that AsiaWorld-Expo won the Outstanding Partnership Project Award from the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.
As well as the award, the facility was also given a Caring Company logo by the body, in recognition of its corporate social responsibility efforts.
