BT Convention Centre to blog about Confex

From information about the latest companies to sign up and bring exhibition stands to the event, to details on keynote speakers, all the latest news about the upcoming Confex tradeshow will be posted online in a new blog, it has been claimed.

The BT Convention Centre in Liverpool will launch the online resource later this month and delegates will be able to view it through a link on Confex''s page on the social networking site Facebook.

Jacquie Rogers, general manager at the facility, explained the idea of special blogs was trialled last year when Liverpool played host to the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2008.

She added it proved to be "phenomenally successful".

"Liverpool''s Confex blog will include opinions on topical industry issues, announce exciting new client wins as well as giving you a bit of behind the scenes gossip about where our team has been and what we''ve been up to," Ms Rogers concluded.

Earlier this month, the facility announced that an oxygen bar will be included at this year''s Confex event, which is set to take place between February 24th and 26th at Earls Court.ADNFCR-2085-ID-19033239-ADNFCR
