Broadcast Video Expo kicks off at Earls Court

The Broadcast Video Expo has begun at Earls Court in London.
Around 200 firms will have
exhibition stands at the show, which has proved popular with visitors in recent years and also feature 250 seminars.
Indeed, 96 per cent of the 11,073 people who attended the event in 2008 said they would recommend it to their colleagues.
"Broadcast Video Expo is the UK event to bring you the complete production chain, from camera to screen. Covering every major format from Blu-ray and IPTV to HDTV and AV, this is your chance to get to grips with the latest technology," the organisers state.
They add it provides the perfect opportunity to gain access to thousands of potential buyers, while also deepening relationships with existing customers.
Groups attending the event include Appleworld Distribution, Megahertz Broadcast Systems and the Society of Television Lighting Directors.
The show is set to run until February 19th.
