Confex exhibition stand celebrates launch of Epsom Downs Racecourse

An exhibition stand at the upcoming International Confex tradeshow is set to celebrate the launch of the newly-redeveloped Epsom Downs Racecourse, it has been announced.

Delegates will be able to win chocolates from Thorntons, drink a glass of champagne and take part in a number of equine-themed activities.

The £28 million facility, including a new Grandstand, will be officially reopened on April 22nd.

It will be located alongside the Queen''s Stand and provide conference space, room for exhibition stands and suites, as well as private boxes.

Commenting on the launch, Nick Blofeld, managing director of Epsom Downs Racecourse, said: "Whatever the event from small scale parties to much larger conferences, congresses or exhibitions, the new Grandstand provides the south of England, if not the UK, with one of its most versatile and adaptable venues."

The International Confex exhibition is set to take place at Earls Court in London between February 24th and 26th. Keynote speakers include Kelvin MacKenzie and Ruby Wax.ADNFCR-2085-ID-19036994-ADNFCR
