Latest VoIP technology to be showcased at exhibition

exhibition will showcase the latest mobile Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, it has been announced.
The GSMA Mobile World Congress 2009 - to be held at Fira de Barcelona from February 16th to 19th - will include an
exhibition stand from MobileMax, displaying its newest client applications for BroadSoft''s Broadworks VoIP platform.
A demo will be included in the showcase, where conference visitors can wirelessly download the client onto their personal mobile device in order to use Mobile VoIP, Mobile Least Cost Routing and BroadWorks IP Centrex PBX technology.
New features for Nokia and BlackBerry, plus the latest iPhone client, will also be on display.
Executive vice-president of business development at MobileMax, Gaddi Mehahem, suggested attendees may see products which are becoming more popular.
He stated: "Service providers of all kinds - fixed line, wireless, VoIP, ISP and cable operators worldwide - are adopting BroadSoft and MobileMax products in order to provide VoIP to mobile users."
Over 1,000 other exhibitors are expected at the Mobile World Congress.
