More than 900 businesses will have
exhibition stands at this year''s Home & Gift show in Harrogate, with thousands of giftware, home and lifestyle products available.
Running from July 19th to 22nd, the trade fair will feature new product launches, bestselling lines and seminars run by industry experts across 21 halls.
The event showcases gift products for the Christmas period in particular and thousands of retailers are expected to attend to select their festive stock.
Home & Gift 2009 will be held at Harrogate International Centre on the King''s Road in the North Yorkshire spa town.
The fair has been in operation for 48 years and is the "largest gathering of quality suppliers in the UK this summer", according to organisers.
Joanna Bush, Home & Gift show director, explained: "We recognise the challenges facing retailers today and have been working hard to put together a show packed full of great quality products and fantastic ideas."
A new Product GB icon has been introduced to this year''s exhibition and will feature on stands to provide visitors with a guide to those products designed and made in Great Britain, while the Intro North area - making its debut in 2009 - will provide start-up companies and small firms with a chance to meet buyers.
Key brands at the Home & Gift show include One World Trading, Jellycat, Garden Trading, Ortak Jewellery, Gisela Graham and Enesco.
Harrogate International Centre has eight exhibition halls covering 16,500 sq m, a 2,000-seater auditorium, meeting and breakout rooms.
