Keep relationships strong, businesses urged - Clip Ltd

Firms should try to create - and also maintain - strong relationships with other businesses during the current period of economic uncertainty, one sector commentator has suggested.
Paul Robin, founder of Business Travel Market, made his comments amid the exhibitions stands at the event, which took place at the ExCeL venue in London''s docklands between June 17th and 18th.
He said that the current turbulence in the financial markets means that we are in "unchartered territory" at the moment, citing British Airways asking some of its staff members to work for free as an example of the "drastic" measures some firms are taking to try and survive.
Mr Robin said that it is tough for everyone at the moment and urged firms to collaborate to give them the best chance of survival.
"It''s important for businesses to keep relationships strong, keep looking for new business and making sure they are the business that wins [the chance to work with other firms] when it is out there," he concluded.
