Exhibitions stands and the future of UK electronics will both be on display at Earl''s Court Two later this month in aid of National Electronics Week.
The exhibition takes place between June 16th and 18th and supports every sector in the electronics industry - so may be set for a full house.
Visitor data indicates six per cent of the people who attend the event are chief executive officers, while 16 per cent are managing or financial directors.
A further 36 per cent operate in the field of engineering, manufacturing and processing, 18 per cent work in research and development and 15 per cent in marketing.
It is being supported by the Electronics Leadership Council (ELC), which was formed to study how best to support innovation and sustain growth in the UK.
Commenting on the show, ELC chairman Harry Tee said the electronics sector is "increasingly important to the national economy".
He added: "National Electronics Week is not just a celebration of the importance of our industry, but is an opportunity to learn much more, to interact with colleagues, to see what other people are doing and pick up new ideas."
According to organisers, it is the only exhibition on these shores that encompasses the entire manufacturing process - from design and components through to production and distribution. The event showcases the latest technologies and applications available to engineers and designers.
Companies signed up to exhibit include Agilent Technologies, EcoPac, Future Electronics, Kabatec, LeCroy, NEC, Nikon, Pearson Electronics, Sentech and UKEA.
Earl''s Court Two provides 17,000 sq m of exhibition space and has capacity for 6,000 visitors.
