Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland exhibition underway

The Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland conference, which includes
exhibition stands, presentations and workshops, is currently underway north of the border.

Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) is playing host to the showcase, which began on March 10th and is due to run until March 12th.
Issues due to be discussed at the event include demographic change, learning, development, housing, health and care, as well as the performance and practice of delivering homes to individuals.
"Delegates can look forward to a court-style keynote session where they act as the jury, innovative spotlights on key projects and topics and an open forum on regeneration," a statement from the venue explains.
Industry experts confirmed to appear at the show include Carol Tannahill from Glasgow Centre for Population Health, principal community safety officer at South Ayrshire council Linda Hill and BBC Scotland political correspondent Glenn Campbell.
The AECC is set to host the Search and Rescue Conference and
Exhibition in 2010, it was announced it recent days.
