Preparations being made for RHS Orchid exhibition

Garden-focused exhibition stands are being prepared for the upcoming Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Orchid Show 2009, which is set to take place in London later this month.

The event is due to occur between March 21st and 22nd at the RHS Horticultural Halls, while a special preview event will be held tonight.

Highlights will include a botanical art exhibition, advice from green-fingered experts, talks on orchid-related issues and displays by the best breeders from the flower industry.

Exhibitors for the event come from all over the world, including Colombia, Brazil, Taiwan and Venezuela.

"Visitors will have the opportunity to view and purchase a wide selection of breath-taking rare and exotic orchids. The event will see beautiful and innovative orchid displays not only from the UK but from around the world," the show''s organisers explain.
