Sustainabilitylive! 2009

Exhibition stands, working groups and presentations are due to form key parts of Sustainabilitylive! 2009, which is due to take place between May 19th and 21st at the NEC in Birmingham.

A wide array of different companies is set to take part in the event and show off a range of eco-friendly products and services.

They include Eco Camel, E.ON Sustainable Energy Solutions, Green Energy Options, Land Restoration Trust, National Laboratory Service, Parsons Brinckerhoff, the Open University, Siemens Metering Services and the Society for the Environment.

"Sustainabilitylive! 2009 is an essential day out for anyone in business today. It confronts some of the leading issues facing 21st Century businesses, issues such as the energy crisis, environmental processes and water supply," the organisers assert.

The announced a green initiative of its own in recent days, noting that it has launched its own dedicated waste pre-treatment centre after an investment of £330,000.
