Exhibition stands getting ready for Diabetes UK Annual Professional Conference - Clip Ltd

Next week is to see the Diabetes UK Annual Professional Conference take place.

Exhibition stands are being readied for the event, which is scheduled for March 3rd-5th at Liverpool''s Arena and Convention Centre.

This year''s theme is Diabetes: Challenges in All Ages. It will explore the myriad challenges posed by the condition from the womb to old age.

Delegates will be able to explore different aspects of diabetes, share best practice, network and discover more about the latest innovations and research. It is hoped that an interdisciplinary structure will enable people to collaborate and engage with others on key issues.

Highlights of last year''s event included the Dorothy Hodgkin Lecture on new aspects of pathogenesis leading to diabetic angiopathy, as well as a Meet the Professor section.

According to a survey, 94 per cent of visitors to the 2009 conference would recommend it to others in the sector.
