03 Mar 2010
The 11th edition of the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo 2010 is running at Birmingham NEC on September 21st and 22nd this year.
Stand space is now available for the event and 88 per cent of 2009 exhibitors have already confirmed their commitment to attending the 2010 edition.
Last year saw 5,100 visitors attend the show in Hall 9 of the venue, three-quarters of whom had decision-making responsibilities within their organisations.
The 2009 version of the annual technology expo featured modular display systems representing more than 250 leading suppliers in the sector, including Charter UK, FrontRange Solutions, Genesys Telecommunications and Nice Systems.
Alongside the main exhibition in 2010 will be a conference programme that includes appearances by expert keynote speakers, panel debates and specialist advice.
Launching a new service at Call Centre & Customer Management Expo 2009, Managemycompliants.com reported: "We have had a constant flow of leads and interest levels are very high.
"This has totally exceeded expectations and was a crucial platform to a successful launch of our new company."
With contact centres employing around four per cent of the working public in the UK, or more than one million people, suppliers and organisations specialising in unified communications and VoIP technology, recruitment, automation, remote working, outsourcing, consultancy and other areas of the industry are urged to book space in order to meet with existing and prospective buyers.
Attendees will be able to attend both Call Centre & Customer Management Expo 2010 and the colocated Service Management Expo 2010 during their visit to Birmingham NEC.
