Q. I've forgotten my username and/or password?
A. The username is your initials and surname. If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password link and enter your email address. A copy of your password will be emailed directly to you.
Q. What do I do if I need a shorter lead time?
A. Please contact Dean Seawert on 0117 303 8508 to discuss your delivery times.
Q. Can I have a different delivery address to the invoice address?
A. Yes, there is an option to update the delivery details when you are registering your details.
Q. Will I receive a hard copy invoice?
A. A printed invoice will be sent to you once the order has been placed and your payment processed.
Q. In what format do I need to submit my artwork?
A. All our guidelines are available in pdf format for you to download.
Q. How do I send you the artwork?
A. Once you have submitted your order you will have the opportunity to upload your artwork. If you are having difficulties or your file is too large please contact Sarah Ingram on 0117 937 5756 to discuss FTP details.
Q. Can you send me a hard copy or digital proof of my artwork?
A. We proof all artwork to ensure it is in the correct format. If you require a hard copy or digital proof please contact Dean Seawert on 0117 303 8508 Please note that we may not be able to provide a proof on orders with a short lead time.
Q. Why do I have to provide a security code on credit card payments?
A. Online shopping facilities and banks require the credit card security card to ensure your transaction is secure. We can't process your order without one.
