Graphic Print Room
Our graphics manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest equipment using the most advanced technology available to the graphics industry. We currently operate two types of large format printer, Inkjet HP designjet 5500 and the very latest technology NUR Tempo II UV curing printer. The combination of these means we can satisfy a wide range of print requirements to suit most indoor and outdoor applications.
Coupled with this we have a computer controlled cutter that ensures our graphics are cut to the highest possible accuracy.
UV curing is a new process, which involves digitally printing with a new technology and a special UV ink directly to the surface of a substrate. Benefits include:
- Inks offering two years fade resistance outdoors - without lamination
- you can print on to most surfaces
- the inks are suitable for interior and exterior applications
- print area up to 3.2m x 2m in one piece (up to 40mm thick)
- and on roll materials up to 2m wide.
